Cells whose genome was edited so that reporter genes are expressed along with gene expression of Dopamine transporter.
cDNA encoding a reporter gene is inserted together with cDNA encoding a self-cleaving peptide (T2A) just before the stop codon of the gene so that the expression level can be monitored.
